We have constructed lists of sample shift patterns (rosters, rotas) for continuous work based on 3 teams. They are available in the following formats:

| Average rest days per team per week = 2.91 |
| Based on 11 paid hours per shift (ie. 1 hour unpaid mealbreak), average hours per week = 44.9 |
