Calendars

You can quickly produce  calendars for individuals, groups of individuals or, indeed, all staff. In this example we have selected an individual, Charles Black, and specified a full year 01/01/02 to 31/12/02. On the screen we can see part of the year but can scroll up and down for the full year. When printed out, a full year fits neatly onto one sheet of A4.

Through the "R", "C" and "A" buttons we can choose any combination of: basic Rota pattern; shift Changes to the rota pattern; Absence. In this example we have chosen all three.

Sometimes an individual may move between rotas during the period you are interested in. You can choose to see a calendar based on "merged" rota lines (through the "merge" button) or selected rotas only.
