In this example we have generated a compact annual report (1st Jan - 31st Dec 2002). We have selected only those staff belonging to the "First Aid" group. It demonstrates that on some shifts on some days we have not got First Aid cover. The total hours rostered for the period are shown at the end of the report.
A similar report can be generated for all staff and not just those belonging to a certain group. It's an ideal format for Annual Hour systems where, for example, you may have a standard 5 team system - a full year fits neatly onto one sheet of A4.
