RotaView allows you to define intervals through the day of, say, 15 or 30 minutes. It will then show you how many staff you have during these intervals and who is rostered on. This is useful in businesses where you have a number of different start and finish times and, possibly, different rotas and groups of staff such as in a Call Centre, airline, airport or airport services.
The following example shows how many staff you have by time of day.
The following screen shows who is rostered on by time of day. Note that some names appear in red. This is to highlight a particular group of staff - it could be based on a skill or grade, for example. You can define any number of groups and associated colours.
