Shift and Absence Targets can be set in the Targets Module. This facility is very flexible and can cater for nearly every type of target setting. You can apply targets for:

All targets can be set for different periods of time, for example, one year or seasons such as Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter.
In the following example holiday targets have been set for the period 01/01/02 to 31/12/03 against three groups of shift codes - D, E and L, and N. A comparison of holiday allocated against target is displayed for a specified period of time and any occurrences of target being exceeded are highlighted.
